Spices for your three kitchens
Hi Saffron Lane Kitchen team,
With three branches and a busy delivery menu, your spice and dry goods orders never stop. We supply halal-certified spices, rice and kitchen essentials to Indian restaurants, with next-day delivery and 48-hour credit terms.
Could we drop off a free sample box this week?

Stock for both your branches
Hi Zaatar & Ember team,
Congratulations on opening in Sharjah. Running two kitchens usually means two sets of supplier calls. We deliver halal-certified spices and dry goods to both sites next day, on one invoice.
Would a 10-minute call on Thursday work?

Before you send anything
The tool does the research. You stay in charge of what goes out.
Public business data only
The prompt sticks to what a business publishes for customers, and blocks personal emails, staff names and LinkedIn profiles.
Nothing leaves this page
This page only builds text. The search runs when you paste the prompt into your own assistant.
You approve the scoring first
With the check on, the assistant shows its scoring and waits for your OK before it searches.
Read every email
Emails are drafts built from public facts. AI can still get a detail wrong, so check before you send.
Calling in the UAE
Marketing calls are only allowed 9am to 6pm, from a number registered to your trade licence. Keep the AI for research and drafts.
Start small
Run 50 leads in one city first. Check the quality and the cost, then widen the search.
Questions owners ask
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You fill in the form, copy one prompt and paste it into Claude or ChatGPT. The assistant does the searching, scoring and writing.
What does it cost?
Your Claude Pro or ChatGPT Plus plan, about USD 20 a month, plus Apify. Apify's free plan includes USD 5 of credit every month, and the estimate in "Your run" shows whether your search fits inside it. A first run of 50 to 200 businesses usually does.
How do I connect Apify?
Create a free Apify account. In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and search for Apify, or add https://mcp.apify.com as a custom connector. Switch it on in your chat before you paste the prompt. The "Set up in 5 minutes" tab walks you through it.
Will it send emails for me?
No. It drafts them. You read, edit and send from your own email.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. It can search in Arabic, English or both, and adds an English version of Arabic business names to the table.
What if the Apify connector isn't switched on?
The prompt tells the assistant to stop and say so. It will not search the web instead or make up businesses.
Why do results change between runs?
Google Maps results shift and AI scoring is a judgement, not a formula. Treat the score as a shortlist to check, not a final answer.
