- Describe your business: what you sell, who you sell to, what makes you different and the tone you want.
- Choose where to look: a country and cities, including all seven Emirates, and search in English, Arabic or both.
- Pick who to find: a business type such as cafés, clinics or law firms, with search terms you can adjust.
- Set the size and depth: how many businesses you want, and whether to include website contacts and recent reviews.
- Copy the generated prompt into Claude or ChatGPT. You get back leads scored HOT, WARM or COLD for your industry, with tailored emails or call openers for the best ones, plus an optional CSV.
⚠️ Good to know
- Nothing is sent from the tool itself. The prompt only runs when you paste it into your assistant.
- Ask the assistant to show you the scoring criteria and wait for your OK before it scrapes.
- Deeper searches give sharper scoring but take longer and use more Apify credit.
- Read every email before you send it.
